Paulo Lemos

IT and UI-UX Leader

He started his career as an entrepreneur quite early, where he was the head of a web agency for over 4 years in Canada. 

After selling the company abroad, he founded Phase2 in Brazil in 2016, where he is applying all of
his experience and knowledge to the agency.

Father of two beautiful girls, in his free time he likes to go to the beach, go for hikes, and enjoy a plethora of other outdoor activities.

Mateus Nascentes

Strategist and Marketing Leader

Mateus has worked for many big players in the world of publicity, such as Petrobras, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), O Boticario, Bom Negocio (OLX), among others.

He has led marketing teams for Domino’s Pizza, Grupo Trigo, and Vezpa Pizzas.

He also teaches E-commerce Analyst Graduates and an Ecommerce na Prática course. He is outgoing, an adventurer, even though he has only gone skydiving once, and loves his dogs.

Danielle Cambeses

Project Leader and Head of Operations

She has over 15 years of experience and has worked with many great agencies in Brazil as Project and Operations Manager, serving clients such as Tim, L’oreal, Coca-Cola, YDUQS, Cosan, Itaú, Grupo Cataratas, Globo among others.

Dani is curious and passionate about traveling. She loves adventures, nature, deep sea diving and adrenaline as well as her two cats.
